Guthrie Dolin is a seasoned design executive and advisor to early-stage companies. Guthrie has over two decades of experience building cross-functional teams and fostering cultures of collaboration and creative excellence. Guthrie has spent his career working with forward-looking companies developing disruptive offerings. Including; defining work for Tesla, Nest and Fitbit, as well as innovative initiatives for the likes of Microsoft, Nike, Apple and Sony.
He founded Rise & Co., a design and venture consultancy focused on category-defining startups. Guthrie is currently Global Design Director at Ford Model E — leading Design DNA across all Digital Products. Guthrie also lectures at the Institute of Design at Stanford (the d.school) on branding and design innovation for entrepreneurs.
